A professional home evaluation of more than 1,600 items inside and outside the home is the core of the Pillar To Post inspection. We inspect single family homes, condos, town homes and multi-family dwellings up to 4-units. We perform home inspections for buyers, sellers and investors. Buyers and investors are able to know the true condition of the home and therefore feel comfortable in moving ahead with their transaction. Sellers can benefit by having a home inspection before they list their property to take care of any deficiencies or disclosure issues and not have to worry about the property falling out of escrow due to the buyer’s home inspection.
We also perform 11-month inspections for new construction before the owner’s home warranty expires. The owner then has written documentation to provide to the builder for any needed repairs.
Finally, we perform inspections for owners who have lived in their homes for years and just want to make sure everything is operating properly and what items might need to be updated. Or for the owner who is thinking about doing major renovations to their home but want to prioritize items and confirm no other major issues are present before starting their project.
